How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended to the sides at shoulder height.
- Bring your arms forward, crossing them over your chest.
- Open your arms back out to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Alternate the crossover of your arms with each repetition.
- Continue the movement for the desired number of repetitions or time.
