How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands behind your head.
- Lift one knee towards the opposite elbow while twisting your torso towards the knee.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
