How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your right knee towards your chest while sweeping your arms down and to the right.
- Lower your right leg and repeat on the left side, sweeping your arms down and to the left.
- Continue alternating sides in a fluid, marching motion.
- Repeat for the desired duration or number of steps.
