Ensure your knees do not extend past your toes during the squat to protect your joints.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- As you rise from the squat, twist your torso to one side, extending your arms down in the direction of the twist.
- Return to the squat position and repeat the twist on the opposite side.
- Continue alternating twists with each squat for the desired number of repetitions.
