How-to-do Steps
- Start in a fighting stance with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Pivot on your lead foot, turning your body 180 degrees.
- As you turn, lift your rear leg and perform a hook kick in a sweeping motion.
- Aim to strike with the heel of your foot.
- Return to your fighting stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
- Practice on both sides.
