How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
- Lean slightly back and engage your abs.
- Step out to the side with one foot and then bring the knee up towards your chest.
- Return the foot to the floor and repeat on the other side.
- Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.
