How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Step to the right with your right foot, simultaneously raising both arms out to the sides and above your head.
- Bring your left foot to meet your right foot, lowering your arms back to your sides.
- Step to the left with your left foot, raising your arms again.
- Bring your right foot to meet your left foot, lowering your arms.
- Continue stepping side to side while raising and lowering your arms for the desired duration or number of steps.
