How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Step to the side with one foot and simultaneously lift both arms out to the sides to shoulder height.
- Step back to the starting position and lower your arms.
- Repeat on the other side, continuing to alternate for the desired number of repetitions.
