- Begin in a standing position with feet together.
- Bend your knees and lower your hips as if sitting in a chair.
- Bring your palms together at heart center.
- Twist your torso to one side, hooking your opposite elbow outside of your knee.
- Look over your shoulder, keeping your chest open.
- Hold for several breaths, then repeat on the other side.
