How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your right knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to bring your left elbow towards the raised knee.
- Extend your right leg out in a kick while bringing your arms to a guard position.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
