Kettlebell One Arm Swing
Expert Advice
Keep your core tight and focus on using your hips to generate the power for the swing, not your arm.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand with an overhand grip.
- Begin by hinging at the hips, slightly bending the knees, and swinging the kettlebell between your legs.
- Thrust your hips forward, straighten your knees, and swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.
- Let the kettlebell swing back down between your legs as you hinge at the hips again.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
