How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, a kettlebell between your feet.
  2. Bend at the hips and knees to grip the kettlebell with one hand.
  3. Explosively extend your hips and knees to lift the kettlebell, pulling it towards your shoulder.
  4. Rotate your wrist as the kettlebell rises to 'catch' it at shoulder height with your elbow tucked in.
  5. Lower the kettlebell back to the ground and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
