- Start with your feet together and hands by your sides.
- Jump up and spread your feet beyond hip-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms above your head.
- As you land, immediately squat down by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- Jump back to the starting position, bringing your hands down to your sides.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
