High Knee Double Twist

How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms bent at the elbows, hands together in front of your chest.
  2. Lift your left knee towards your chest while twisting your upper body to the left, bringing your right elbow towards the lifted knee.
  3. Quickly switch to lift your right knee and twist to the right, bringing your left elbow towards the knee.
  4. Continue alternating sides in a rapid, controlled manner for the desired number of repetitions or time period.
