How-to-do Steps
- Lie on a flat bench with an EZ barbell, holding it with a close grip over your chest.
- Lower the bar towards your lower chest or upper abdomen, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- Press the bar back up to the starting position without locking out your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
