How-to-do Steps
- Lie back on an incline bench holding an EZ barbell above your chest with arms fully extended.
- Keep your elbows fixed and close to your head.
- Lower the barbell by bending at the elbows until the bar is just above your forehead.
- Extend your arms to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
