How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding an EZ-bar with an overhand grip.
- Raise the bar overhead with arms fully extended.
- Keeping your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head.
- Lower the bar until your forearms are just beyond parallel to the floor.
- Extend your arms to return the bar to the starting position, focusing on contracting the triceps.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
