How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the ground with your feet flat, knees bent, and hands behind you with fingers pointing away from your body.
- Lift your hips off the ground into a reverse tabletop position.
- Reach your right hand up and across your body to touch your left toe, twisting your torso as you move.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with the left hand and right toe.
- Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.
