Cable Triceps Pushdown (SZ-bar)

Keep your elbows pinned to your sides to isolate the triceps and prevent them from flaring out.
How-to-do Steps
- Attach an SZ-bar to the high pulley of a cable station.
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Tuck your elbows close to your body and push the bar down until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return the bar to the starting position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
