How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor facing the cable machine with the handle attached above head height.
- Grasp the handle with both hands and keep your elbows close to your body.
- Push the handle down towards your thighs, fully extending your arms.
- Pause at the bottom, then slowly release the handle back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
