Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the press to maximize triceps engagement.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand between the cable machine's dual pulleys, facing away from the machine with a handle in each hand.
- Position the handles at chest level with your palms facing down.
- Press the handles straight out in front of you until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension on the cables.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
