How-to-do Steps
- Lie on a flat bench and grasp the cable bar with an overhand grip.
- Start with your arms fully extended above your chest, elbows in a fixed position.
- Slowly lower the bar by bending your elbows until the bar is just above your forehead.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position, focusing on contracting your triceps.
