Keep your elbows close to your head and avoid flaring them out to maintain tension on the triceps throughout the movement.
How-to-do Steps
- Set the pulley on a high position and attach a rope handle.
- Stand or sit on an incline bench facing away from the cable machine.
- Grasp the rope handle with both hands and extend your arms above your head.
- Keeping your elbows stationary, lower the rope behind your head by bending at the elbows.
- Pause and then extend your arms back to the starting position while exhaling.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
