How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Perform a squat, keeping your weight on your heels.
- As you rise, lift your right leg straight out in front of you.
- Lower your leg as you squat again.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
