How-to-do Steps
- Kneel on the ground and place your hands on the floor in front of you, shoulder-width apart.
- Lean forward, shifting your weight onto your hands.
- Bend your elbows to lower your body towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Extend your arms to push yourself back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
