How-to-do Steps
- Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the band with both hands and extend your arms above your head.
- Keeping your elbows stationary, lower your hands behind your head by bending at the elbows.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
