How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and secure one end of the band under your foot.
- Hold the other end of the band with one hand and raise your arm overhead.
- Keep your upper arm close to your head and bend your elbow to lower the band behind your head.
- Extend your arm to raise the band back to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
