Focus on a full range of motion, going all the way down for a complete stretch and all the way up until your chin is above the bar.
How-to-do Steps
- Adjust the weight on the leverage machine to assist with the chin-up.
- Grab the chin-up bar with a shoulder-width, underhand grip.
- Step onto the assistance platform or kneel on the pad.
- Perform a chin-up by pulling your body up until your chin is over the bar.
- Lower yourself down with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
