How-to-do Steps

  1. Adjust the weight on the leverage machine to assist with the chin-up.
  2. Grab the chin-up bar with a shoulder-width, underhand grip.
  3. Step onto the assistance platform or kneel on the pad.
  4. Perform a chin-up by pulling your body up until your chin is over the bar.
  5. Lower yourself down with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
