How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
- With palms facing up, scoop your arms up and toward your body in a semi-circular motion.
- Reverse the motion, extending your arms back out in front of you.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
