How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding an EZ-bar with an underhand grip.
- Bend at your hips and knees to lower the bar towards the floor.
- Stand up straight by driving through your heels, extending your hips and knees.
- Once upright, perform a biceps curl by bending your elbows and lifting the bar towards your chest.
- Lower the bar back down and repeat the sequence for the desired number of repetitions.
