How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding an EZ-bar with an underhand grip.
  2. Bend at your hips and knees to lower the bar towards the floor.
  3. Stand up straight by driving through your heels, extending your hips and knees.
  4. Once upright, perform a biceps curl by bending your elbows and lifting the bar towards your chest.
  5. Lower the bar back down and repeat the sequence for the desired number of repetitions.
